The story of: the home page photo

The very core of E. Frances is a magical world, somewhat like an enchanting children’s book where you want to memorize every detail to savor for a long time. We wanted to show you this, and illustrate how all of our products are bornin this land of imagination, paint, brushes, and lusciously thick watercolor paper. So we tried to capture Ali at work, doing what she loves… painting.
 
So she painted herself,

we cut her out, and stacked her on some chunky notepads.

And then our amazing photographer shot what you see on the site. Ali actually does wear overalls quite often, and WE can say she is just about as cute as this little pic. We hope you enjoy her paintings as much as we do.
