Are all greeting cards 5 for $25? 

All individual (not boxed) full-priced greeting cards are eligible for the 5 for $25 offer. Eligible cards will be noted with a message that says “Stock up! 5 for $25”

Do I need to enter a promo code to receive the discount?

No, the discount will automatically be applied when you add 5 or more eligible greeting cards to your cart!

Do I have to buy 5 cards to receive the discount?

Yes, you need to buy at least 5 eligible cards to receive the discount. However, if you buy more than 5 cards, you’ll receive $1 off each card. So it could be 5 for $25, but it could also be 6 for $30, 7 for $35, etc!

Is there a maximum number of cards I can buy using this offer?

Nope! We designed this for you to stock up on cards when you need them, so there is no limit to the number of cards you can buy using this offer.

Can this discount be combined with other offers? 

This can be combined with free shipping, but is not eligible in combination with other offers. So if you have a welcome code, we suggest saving it for another order!

Can I change, edit, or cancel my order after I have placed it? +

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify its contents or offer any price adjustments.

Shipping

Shipping and Handling +

During non-sale times, please allow 2-3 days for processing before shipping. Our warehouse is staffed by an awesome (small) team of  people, who work Mon-Fri and take the weekends to recharge and spend time with family and loved ones. Processing time may be longer during sales and holidays due to an increase in orders - in those cases we will note that in your confirmation email.

Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Mail and UPS. After leaving our warehouse, orders are in the capable hands of the carrier and packages usually spend 2-5 days in transit. 

When will I receive my order? +

All orders ship from Rhode Island. Typically, please allow 2-3 days for processing and an additional 1-5 days for transit. During sale periods, processing may take up to one week, plus transit time. (This applies to domestic orders only—transit times for international orders can vary.) Please note that processing times may be longer during sales and holidays due to higher order volumes. If your order tracking shows it was delivered, but you have not received it, please follow these steps.

How can I get free shipping? +

Free shipping applies to all domestic U.S. orders over $50. Your order total must be $50 or more AFTER ALL DISCOUNTS have been calculated.

Can you ship directly to a gift recipient? +

Yes we can! If you would like to include a cute little gift note, please write your note in the additional instructions text box when ordering. It will be included with your order at no extra charge. Be sure to provide the recipient’s shipping address upon checkout.

 

Products

Paper and printing +

Our envelopes come from mills that practice responsible, sustainable forestry and are produced without elemental chlorine (PCF). We make every effort to choose paper that contains at least 30% PCW (post-consumer waste), and to support the cause of non-polluting wind-generated electricity. Our printing processes use eco-friendly inks and soy-based solvents which emit very low traces of volatile organic compounds.

How accurate are the colors portrayed on the screen? +

We strive to match the colors as closely as possible. But keep in mind, colors on screen may differ slightly than in person.

What is your privacy policy? +

All information gathered for your order is held confidentially. Your email may be added to our newsletter list if opted in but will never ever be sold to anyone.
