Ordering

  • Can I change, edit, or cancel my order after I have placed it? Unfortunately, we cannot edit the contents of an order once it’s been placed.

  • I need to change the shipping address on my order: If your order has not already shipped, we will do what we can do to help with your address change. Please email our team directly at retail@efrancespaper.com

Local Pickup

While we do not operate a retail store, we are pleased to offer local customers the convenience of local pickup for online orders from our warehouse in Middletown, RI. To place an order for local pickup and avoid shipping costs, shop online at efrancespaper.com and simply enter the promo code "Aquidneck" during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when it's time to pick up your order. If you have any questions about local order pickup, please do not hesitate to contact us (retail@efrancespaper.com).

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 days for processing before shipping. Our warehouse is staffed by an awesome (small) team of  people, who work Mon-Fri and take the weekends to recharge and spend time with family and loved ones. Processing time may be longer during sales and holidays due to an increase in orders - in those cases we will note that in your confirmation email.

Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Mail and UPS. After leaving our warehouse, orders are in the capable hands of the carrier and packages usually spend 2-5 days in transit. 

Returns

E.Frances Paper is fully committed to providing the highest quality products. In the event of an E. Frances Paper error, we will either replace it and ship it to you lickety split, or we will offer you a refund. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Paper and printing

Our envelopes come from mills that practice responsible, sustainable forestry and are produced without elemental chlorine (PCF). We make every effort to choose paper that contains at least 30% PCW (post-consumer waste), and to support the cause of non-polluting wind-generated electricity. Our printing processes use eco-friendly inks and soy-based solvents which emit very low traces of volatile organic compounds.

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship from Rhode Island. Please allow 2-3 days processing time for your order, plus 1-5 days for transit time. (This applies to domestic orders only - unfortunately we cannot say for sure how long international orders will take for transit time.) Additional time may be required during sales and holidays due to higher than usual order volume. If your order tracking shows it was delivered, but you have not received it, please follow these steps.

Do you charge sales tax?

All orders shipped to Rhode Island pay a 7% sales tax.

Can you ship directly to a gift recipient?

Yes we can! If you would like to include a cute little gift note, please write your note in the additional instruction text box when ordering. It will be included with your order at no extra charge. Be sure to provide the recipient’s shipping address upon checkout.

How accurate are the colors portrayed on the screen?

We strive to match the colors as closely as possible. But keep in mind, colors on screen may differ slightly in person.

What is your privacy policy?

All information gathered for your order is held confidentially. Your email may be added to our newsletter list if opted in but will never ever be sold to anyone.
